The variable frequency power is qualified with the characteristics of steady voltage and frequency, wide measurement range,high precision. It has been widly used as standard power in industry. The performance affects the whole production, so it's significant to make research on measures of the export electrical parameter.This paper summarizes the current research and application stuation of measuring system of AC converter electricity. Based on the working principle and output character, it advances the overall design scheme, with the implement of the high speed DSP and effective algorithm. The different betweem this measurement system and the traditional ones is that it aims at the electrical parameter in the situation of non power frequency, which has the advantages of high-speed sampling and wide frequency. Meanwhile, it can also measure electrical parameter in the state of power frequency.The algorithm of each electric parameter measurement was firstly studied, then the AC synchronous sampling was put forward. Considering the problem of frequency measurement, designed a digital filter based on Hanning window, Realized the fundamental Parameter Extraction under the situation of containing harmonic component effectively. In view of frequency conversion circuit harmonic, the analysis of FFT and Theory of Instantaneous Reactive Power are carried out.On the base of these, harmonic detection of algorithm and improved method were correspondingly proposed. By programming and modeling simulation in MATLAB, we had checked the correctness of the algorithm.According to theoretical analysis and actual conditions,The paper designed the measurement system with TMS320F2812.With the combination of 16-bit AD8364 chip and CPLD,we reached the goal of real-time and high precision.The main circuit module includes:signal adjusting, A/D data conversion,algorithm of electric parameter data processing,communication interface,the controlling module of CPLD frequency measurement and displayment module.This article mainly analyzed CPLD time order control,data acquisition,data conversion.Chip selection and hardware circuit were given.At last algorithm analysis and program flow chart were performed.It also provided optimization strategy of system from the aspects of system error, hardware and software, system debugging.
