In recent years, light-weight and high-intension material and building technique are developing eontinuingly. The structures are becoming taller and the dampers of the structures are becoming smaller. So the structures are sensitive to the environment load. The tradational methods of resisting earthquake and wind are neither economic nor logical. Vibration Damping Control of the structure has taken more and more attention of the scholars because of its simple installation, convenient maintenance, economic and logical characteristic.On the other hand, the flexibility and infinitude of the soil make the basic period of the structure extend and some energy of the structure's vibration disperse by spread of the wave. So when SSI is considered, most of the structures' floor shearing force and the displacement between floors are minished.Since Lamb analysed vibrant problem of elastic soil in 1904, there are many scholars, no matter domestic or overseas, have educed many effective analytic models and researchful method. They have promoted the study and devolopment of SSI no matter in theory or in practise.In this paper, the simplified foundation and structure are supported in the soil represented by a uniform visco-elastic half space. Tuned Mass Damper is assembled on the top of the structure. Soil-Structure Interaction coursed by shearing horizontal wave and simple harmonic wave can be analysed by using substructure method and wave functions expansion method. The closed analytic solution with few dimensionless parameters will be quained by theoretical derivation and calculation. Analysing the dimensionless parameters of the analytic solution, we can get its infection on SSI qene, so we will get the law of the TMD control considering SSI. In the end, we can educe directive conclusions for the practise engineering.In this paper, analytic method is used to analyse the effection of vibration control of SSI and TMD. Because this problem relates to many subjects and the theory is hard, the analysis has tremendous difficulty. So the analytical model is predigested, but this does not debase the value of the conclusion and the sense for the practise engineering.
