Power system comprehensive load modeling is an important research topic in the field of power system analysis. The statistical load modeling synthesis (also called based on component method) is an important method of comprehensive load modeling, which is welcomed by the mode worker and grid simulation engineer because its clear physical concept and easy achieving under the accurate and complete load information structure characteristics. However, how to ensure the basic information is accurate and complete is the key to the method can be effectively applied to practical engineering. Characteristics of load constitute whose survey cover a wide range, are scattered, due to differences in climate, resources, economic development, standard of living and other factors. Even the same area with the passage of time, the actual load power, load composition and network structure may change, so that the load characteristics which were surveyed before are not accurate enough or are invalid. Then the load model's accuracy is not high enough, and it is difficult to describe the true load characteristics of network.This paper has the purpose of applying the statistical load modeling synthesis into the modeling of the actual grid, designed and developed a platform of the statistical load modeling synthesis modeling. The platform used C / S server mode, according to the physical structure, the platform is divided into three parts as: client, server, and the front operation interface; according to the function the platform is divided into three subsystems as: survey of the characteristics of load constitute, lumped management of the characteristics of load constitute data, and system of components based on a comprehensive load modeling. The whole platform achieves all function of the statistical load modeling synthesis, such as the survey of the characteristics of load constitute, the integration and management of the characteristics data, load modeling of substations, and classification and synthesis of the whole state grid substations.This paper has developed a statistical load modeling synthesis Platform, which used object-oriented industry-level compiler VC++ framework to build the DLL methods and the ADO database operations technology, and used Access database and SQL Server database as underlying data base. Platform design is to the principle of enhancing the level of workflow automation and operational efficiency, to the purpose of practical engineering, applied statistical load modeling synthesis methods to engineering high-performance. The platform has a lot of advantages such as rational structure, flexible application, simple operation and fully functional. The successful development of the platform would provide a good technical means to integrated power system load modeling for practical engineering.
