Power load as an integral part of the whole electric power system, the model will directly affect the accuracy of the power system planning, design, operation and control. Over the years, statistical synthesis by virtue of its simple principle, the advantage of clear physical concepts are widely used in the field of load modeling, and under the continuous research of scholars at home and abroad. Constitute a large number of data, multifarious, however, due to the load survey statistical work of time-consuming, the development of statistical synthesis load model encountered bottleneck. How convenient, system data acquisition processing load and the load model was established based on the current research on power system of a problem to be solved.Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing modeling platform, this paper goes into details of statistical synthesis modeling platform based web, the concrete content is as follows:(1) This paper describes the basic concepts of statistical synthesis methods, principles and implementation steps, introduces several commonly used load model: the static load model and mechanism of dynamic load model, calculates the power function comprehensive calculation method of static load model characteristic parameters, and derives the method based on the power function of static load model parameters to get static load model characteristic parameters, calculate the comprehensive calculation method of dynamic load model characteristic parameters.(2) This paper describes a method for load flow and load classification survey, and uses detailed survey data is typically composed of substation load, static load parameters and dynamic load parameters typical substation integrated calculations. First calculate the power function model feature parameters obtained, then calculated characteristic parameter ZIP model power function according to the characteristic parameters of the model. Finally, the dynamic characteristic parameters comprehensive calculation, the ratio of the characteristic parameters of the motor model and receive a comprehensive induction motor power of the total load power, finally got static models and mechanistic models substation.(3) This paper gives a comprehensive statistical method modeling platform design ideas, the overall framework and the platform to achieve the required JDBC data source configuration, JBoss web server, Oracle database, Java programming environment and JSP web design, technical support, given design and build the database, the development of functional Web-based interface load statistics modeling platform, allowing users to simply be able to easily implement end modeling platform and database access through a browser, from then to get to the statistical calculation the whole process is clear and convenient, and compared to traditional manual statistical calculations, not only saves the workload, shortening working hours, but also realized to date load information to solve the efficiency of the load caused by the dispersion of the problem of low, improve the accuracy of the load model.In summary, this paper the basic theory of load modeling based on statistical synthesis method is a method to develop network-based platform for ideas, Java language, Oracle database, JDBC database connectivity support, developed a human-machine interface friendly and highly automated, with data transmission and computing load modeling software platform. This is the basis of maintaining the superiority of the platform itself brought on, so that the transmission process becomes more efficient and standardized data, making the entire modeling process from the acquisition to be able to establish a model of orderly conduct of data, reducing the work of data transmission, improve the efficiency of load modeling to improve the accuracy of the load model for the study of load modeling platform to bring new breakthroughs.
