The Research Of High-level Duplex Residential Design

Attacted by China's economy booming in recent years,a large number of foreign enterprises invest and build factories or set up offices in China,and output numerous senior management at the same time.their demand for high-end residential increase gradually,and they make higher demands for the convenience of high-end residential.As a unique branch of high-end residential,high-level duplex residential combines the comfort of villa and the traffic convenience.which become the ideal mode of living for the senior managements of famous enterprises in China.Since it attacts more and more attention,high-level duplex residential is known as the city's "air villa".However,because of China's national condition and policy factors,and further,this type of housing have its own unique scarcity,the research of high-level duplex residential domestic is still in its infancy,and more comprehensive and systematic theory to guide practice is lacked.In this paper,based on the extensive literature search and comprehensive domestic and foreign well-known high-level duplex residential analysis,the author makes a more systematic theoretical study on high-level duplex residential.Starting from the high-rise residential,this article makes a all-around overview of high-level duplex residential,and through the feel and views of such kind of high-rise luxury residential design,summarizes several characteristics of high-level duplex residential: it conducts an environmental psychology studies and house and living science on its main use groups,focusing on the main residence and its living model,functional space within residential design, space combinations and the external environment design,then it evidenced by the example of high-level duplex residential dwelling size at home and abroad;Finally,it put forward outlook of high-level duplex residential in line with China's basic national conditions.Hope these discussions and research provide useful reference and consultation to present domestic high-level duplex residential building practice,in order to enhancing the space use function and feel of this residential.
