In the development of material and social civilization, the living environment people required has become more and more comfortable, but although the high-rise residential building have a lot of obvious advantages such as convenient geographic position, good visual environment and clean air quality which tier buildings do not have. But it still has some obvious factors which affect living comfort because of its height.This article is based on the consideration about the problems mentioned above, to analyze the possibly influencing factor these tenants of sky high-rise residential buildings concerned most. From the physical environment and construction space two points of view, with the analysis of tenants' evaluation about comfort after living in the high-rise residential buildings, summarize the three problems which impact the comfort levels most because of the unique feature on high-rise residential buildings such as the windproof and noiseproof measures, the traffic space and the communication space.Through the analysis and reference to the variously completed high-rise residential buildings and excellent high-rise public buildings, the article raise the design strategies of major affecting factors about living comfort in high-rise residential buildings in our country. From planning layout, building type body and building skin three aspects to optimize the design strategies about windproof and noiseproof; from the three angles about the plan traffic unit, vertical elevator allocation and contacts design improve the traffic space; the optimization about the comfort of communication space, focus on the discussing about setting of the specialized intercourse space, for the combination of design. High-rise residential building is a new mode of living which grow up with the economic and technological development. In spite of the questioning, but its present rate of growth and development in the future trend seems cannot to be deterred. Thus, how to satisfy the resident demand by optimizing design strategy under the existing conditions, create possibility about the superior super-tall residential comfort for the future, are the continually seeking target about design of the high-rise residential building.
