Application Of Predictive Control In The Thermal System

This paper reviewed backgrounds of the development about predictive control idea, and explained theirs theories basis in brief. We discussed the predictive control theoretically carefully, proved the predictive control's good robustness in detail,put out many valuable advices about choosing regulation parameters. This paper apply predictive control in the steam bypass control systeme, and concerns about demands, operation of IP casing start-up, points out the disadvantages of HP-IP cylinders unite start-up, the advantages of IP cylinder start-up. We identified the dynamic characteristic of opening of CV between steam pressure, and a simulation is proposed. The simulation result shows that dynamic matrix control algorithm is effective, and discusses the influence of parameters to control effect.
