Distributed optical fiber temperature measurement system based on Raman Scattering uses the optical fiber as the conducting medium for temperature. The system can measure the distribution of the temperature field in continuous space along the direction of fiber. The system first obtains the data carrying temperature information via High-Speed acquisition card, and then decreasing the noise from the data using method including synchronization accumulation, digital accumulation and Wavelet Transform, at last acquired accurate temperature data by OTDR demodulation. Real time and fixed point monitoring ability makes this system very practicable for temperature parameters testing in power system, communication system and some situation where the data neither could nor be gotten easily, such as oil tank, sub sea tunnel. The paper studies the relationship between temperature and Stokes / anti-Stokes lines from Raman Scattering, and on the basis of relationship sets a measurement method for distributed fiber temperature system. The decreasing noise processing is also made in the paper according to the system precision. These two parts of work consists of an intact temperature measuring system.
