To meet the small-caliber gun pressure testing needs, it analysis the development of the pressure testing device inside the gun pressure comprehensively. On the basis of The Electronic Bore Pressure-tested Device we have owned in our laboratory, I have the idea of designing the Electronic Pressure Device which integrated in order to join the sensor and the shell together. The characteristics of the gauges shell is directly used for designing a kind of column capacitive sensor, instead of a piezoelectric pressure transducer. So it can resolve the contradiction between its small size and high precision.The paper adopts the methods such as theoretical analysis, computer simulation, laboratory and field test to carry through the following study. Firstly, the relevant theory of the structural integration in designing is discussed, and the issue of the purpose and practical significance are put forward, then I have analyzed and the results of simulation through the application of ANSYS to the pressure of the actual structure of the mechanical devices to simulate the temperature and pressure environment of the finite element simulation. At last, I used the chip MS3110 belongs to IRVINE SENSORS company as the core chip, designed a precisely Tiny Capacitor Measure Circuit. The circuit can precisely measures any standard capacitance that less than lOpF. Such capacitive Electronic Jn-bore pressure gauges have the advantage of small volume and compact configuration.
