Study On The Refrigeration System Optimization Transformation Plan Of Helon Company

This thesis made a reasonable and optimal design of the refrigeration system of Shandong Helon Company Ltd. to satisfy the needs according to the company's existing utility conditions on the basis of analyzing the production conditions of the existing utility refrigeration system,on the condition of the cost of the system functioning, applying the experience rule after a comprehensive analysis of the utility theories and methods.It made a compare between the summer's and winter's four programs of the production functioning and analyzed the optimized program.After the option,the rate of the equipment power consumption of the summer's has been decreased by 435kW/h .The system investment has been decreased by 4,000,000 yuan while the utilization ratio of the summer's production equipment has been increased by 5.25 and the utilization ratio of the winter's production equipment has been increased by 12.5 . The result proves that the optimized refrigeration system is more reasonable and more economical than original one.The thesis introduced the current optional research situations and the research theories and the methods of the utility system of domestic and overseas, and analyzed the arrangements of the refrigeration system of Shandong Helon as well as the existing problems. It pointed out the direction and guidance of optimizing the equipment of the utility system of Helon and reduced the work load. According to the distributional limitations of the individual refrigeration station of Helon, it made a reasonable distributional calculation of the individual refrigeration station and the production system to make the refrigeration system work better and obtain a good functioning cost.By optimizing the refrigeration system programs of the Helon utility, an expected objective of the company's refrigeration system distribution has been achieved. Some systems of the programs have been reorganized and functioning well.
