With the rapid development of Qingdao's economy and the growth of the population, the old transport facilities and the traffic congestion has blocked Qingdao's further developing. Complex Networks is a new research point in the last few years. More and more real networks have the characteristics of complex networks. Transit network plays an important role in our lives. The design and realization of transit network have a wonderful effect on the construction of cities. So this thesis simulates and evaluates the Qingdao's transit network, proceeding with the characters and the complexity modeling of transit network.First, this thesis constructs a transit complex model according to the characters of transit network. According to the lots of Qingdao's real data and Graph Theory, Qingdao's transit network is abstracted into a bus station network which puts node to express bus station and line to instead of bus line. Then this thesis discusses the properties of complex transit network with the theory of Complex Networks. By calculating, we find the small-world properties of Qingdao's transit network——the larger clustering coefficient and the smaller average path length. And it proves the scale-free properties in theory and tells us that the transit network belongs to Complex Networks.Second, this thesis makes a further research by the study of Complex Networks and the powerful capacity of traffic data. And this thesis explains the setting process of Network Layer and the Data Structure of transit network on TransCAD. Based on the Database of transit network, this thesis builds up the adjacency matrix of Qingdao by Adjacency matrix representation and draws the map of degree distribution. Then it proves the scale-free property on quantitative. In double logarithmic coordinates, the map approximately becomes a line. By curve fitting, we calculate the Power Index is 2.096, which is between 2 and 3.At last, this thesis calculates the five evaluation targets of transit network, including Line Length, Duplicating Service Coefficient, Non-liner Coefficient, Density of Transit Network and Coverage of Bus Station. With the results of evaluation targets, this thesis gives some recommendations on facilities and management to Qingdao's transit network in future to solve problem at present.
