It is the important research subject in reservoir construction currently that anti-seepage design of whole bottom of reservoir. On anti-seepage of reservoir region, geomenbrane as a new material, it has advantage,but it also has some disadvantage. From the viewpoint of mechanics, analysing and researching anti-cracking mechanism of the geomenbrane for impervious structure of whole bottom of eeservoir. Used the elastic-plastic mechanics meth, analysis of the force condition of the geomenbrane for impervious structure, established a series of classical mechanics equation, the classical mechanics equation were solved. Based on real projects, analysis the geomenbrane for impervious structure of whole bottom of reservoir of ShengLi reservoir.By the method of combining theoretic deduction inmechanics and the engineering examples,the main task of this paper is to introduce:1.Introducing the species and characteristics of the geomembranes and introducing the egeomembranes' application in hydraulice ngineerings.2.The author has expatiated three kinds of nonlinear problem, discussed the basic methods of elastic-plastic mechanics, constitutive relation and relative formulations are derived. It introduces distinguishingly relative formulations and the characters and applied scope of constitutive relation and relative formulations are analyzed.3. Analysis the seepage of the geomenbrane for impervious structure,the reasonable mechanics model is established by analysis of the force condition of the impervious structure of geomenbrane. Used large-deformation theory of nonlinear theories analysis and calculation the force and deformation of impervious structure of geomenbrane. According to the maximum tensile stress of the impervious structure of geomenbrane as control standards, some reasonable settlement calculation and of impervious structure of geomenbrane are also brought up.4.Applied for the force analysis model, analysis and research impervious structure of geomenbrane of HeTian CeLe ShengLi Reservoir, systematically summarizes stress-strain laws of geomenbrane when it bearing load.
