| With the rapid development of electronic technology, electronic systems more and more applications, more and more types of electronic equipment and people working and living increasingly close relationship. Any electronic equipment can not be separated from a reliable power supply, their power requirements are also rising, energy conversion has become the most widely used technology. The paper is based on the project which is "AC-DC SMPS(Switch Mode Power Supply) Regulation Chip Design" in Xi'an My-PowerRail Micro.Co.,Ltd.This paper first detailed account of the AC-DC SMPS system, the basic working principle and control model for the regulation of the chip design has made full preparations for the theory, and then put forward a detailed design of the program in accordance with the requirements, finally, the program completed a circuit On-chip integrated circuits control and protection of the circuit can be used in a wide range of low-power flyback feedback from the original edge of the SMPS system.The use of the current PWM feedback control program, the CC/CV mode of operation, greatly enhanced the system's response to the performance and efficiency. OSC work at the same time start the process of frequency shuffling circuit, the circuit as a whole in order to reduce the EMI. The entire chip design, including those of the Bandgap Reference, soft start, error amplifier, OSC, frequency shuffling, PWM control& logic, OVP, UVLO and so on. The overall system test results are shown in the last chapter.The chip is based on SinoMOS 1.0μm CMOS process design, and Cadence Spectre completion of the various modules of the simulation. The test results show circuit functionality and performance indicators have been designed to meet the requirements. |
