The introduction and the application of the Statistic Process Control (SPC) technology used in the produce process made the precision connector's quality guaranteed on the management technology.SPC is an advanced quality management & control method, it used the control diagram to control the quality. The preventation of the whole process is emphasized and the process stabilization is acted as the object. It may be applied in all kinds of process fields, such as design development, produce, service etc, especially to the manufacturing process.In this article, the application of SPC in precision connector process has been discussed. The FFC's quality characteristic——T.L was viewed as the control & improve object.
