The ballistic condition of fuze and the motion law of fuze mechanism in ballistic condition is the important foundation of design, development, failure analysis and performance evaluation of fuze, which is one of the important research content about the fuze technology in our days. In this paper, according to the launch dynaimics model of projectile-gun system, the simulation program for projectile-gun system was compiled, under random factors, the dynamics response of projectile-gun system, motion law of pill in tube and the initial disturbance of pill were simulated, which provided actual ballistic condition for simulation of three-dimension overload of fuze, and provided data for ballistic database of fuze. The dynamics model of multi-rigid-flexible bullet-fuze system was established, the transfer function of projectile-fuze system was derivated, the three-dimension overload of fuze and pill were simulated, as well as the three-dimension overload at the head of fuze under random pressure at projectile base. The simulation result indicated that the three-dimension overload of fuze and pill were obviously different, the overload of pill can not be used to replace the overload of fuze during fuze design. The database for ballistic condition of fuze was improved, which would provide an effective means to administer and inquire the parameters of ballistic condition of fuze, and it can also provide data for quickly design of fuze during wartime. In this paper the research provided actual ballistic condition for simulation of three-dimension overload of fuze, and also provided curves of three-dimension overload and ballistic database of fuze in ballistic condition for design of fuze. |
