This paper first introduced several common performance criterions and did a simple analysis on the performance of the wind turbine,using the performance criterions which were get from the actual operation data.The research exhibited a new performance evaluate method for the actual operation data based on the method of Bins from IEC61400-12,which is suitable for citification of a new wind turbine.The power curve was got in this paper after processing the actual measured wind speed and power data from an operating 1.5 MW wind turbine by means of Bin method.The standard deviation of power in each Bin ranges were calculated and extracted as the feature value for analyzing the wind turbine performance.The actual power curve was made up of some casual points and these casual points will influence the result of the performance evaluation.Based on wind turbulence and wind speed changes,this paper analyzed the elements which can influence of the wind turbine performance and provided some reference for the objectivity and veracity of the result while evaluating the wind turbine performance utilizing the power characteristic. |
