With the rapid increase of automobile inventory,road traffic accident has become in the global scope a big environmental damage. How guarantee occupant safety during collision at the largest degree to enhance the automobile the passive security has already become a world big subject.First,the research and the developing status quo of occupant restraint system as well as the characteristic of occupant's injury and restraint system's appraisal and criterion are illustrated.The multibody theory of MADYMO software was dissected,and the general process of modeling by software MADYMO and studying the occupant restraint system are also gripped.Build the driver occupant restraint system model of one car,the entire model contain the body,safe-belt,airbag and dummy,after adjust the model,compared to the test date,accord with the engineering requirement.And embarks from the system concept,the coordinated safety belt,the airbag and so on the entire pilot safety system physical characteristics,enhanced to the pilot the protection performance.Analysis the sensitive degree of the parameters of the restraint system,choose the sensitive parameters and optimize these parameters through orthogonal experiment design,dispose the dates use bally difference analytical method,get the optimized group,simulate the optimized model in MADYMO,the effect is good compared with the original model.
