This paper has studied the national standards specification and the overseas restraint system research and development direction, analyzed dummy's injury in the impact test and it's movement in the collision process , proposed through disposed the safety belt reasonably the rigidity and to the stuffed dummy energy effective management, the miniature car might satisfy the collision laws in"only used the safety belt".The paper proposed the crew member collides the energy absorption unit, develops the design method about the safety belt of waistband's strength limited type, it narrated the principle of the safety belt of waistband's strength limited .Elaborated in detail the match method to carry the waistband test by the trolley simulation collision way . and has carried on the concrete match experiment, paper gaves the successful result of solid vehicle experiment. Indicated after the research that, In does not equip the airbag, uses the waistband to limit the strength safety belt to be possible to reduce the dummy's head injury effectively, balanced various spots injury degree of the dummy, causes it to satisfy the collision safety rule of our country .
