The building load calculation models of different simulation software are researched with HONGYE,DeST and EnergyPlus as calculative carrier in this paper. There are mainly the following contents in this paper.At first,the differences of the results of HONG YE and DeST software's building load calculation models are found from quantificational point of view in this paper,main factors which caused the differences are studied,which factors are primary,not be predigested and ignored and which factors are lesser,be predigested and ignored are confirmed.Secondly,in the condition of same indoor and outdoor interferential factors, different rate of area of wall and window,different thickness of wall's Insulation layer,different place of wall's Insulation layer and different wall structure types, building heating and cooling load are simulated with HONG YE and DeST software, the differences of results of different software are analysed.The descriptive style of building load calculation modles will affect building heating and cooling load results, this influence degree will change with the change of building form,this kind of change rule is studied.Then,the differences of the results of DeST and EnergyPlus software's building load calculation models are found from quantificational point of view in this paper, main factors which caused the differences are studied,which factors are primary,not be predigested and ignored and which factors are lesser,be predigested and ignored are confirmed.The way how the two software deal with the heat exchange between two adjoining rooms is also be studyed.Lastly,in the condition of same indoor and outdoor interferential factors, different rate of area of wall and window,different thickness of wall's Insulation layer,different place of wall's Insulation layer and different wall structure types, building heating and cooling load are simulated with DeST and EnergyPlus software, the differences of results of different software are analysed.The descriptive style of building load calculation modles will affect building heating and cooling load results, this influence degree will change with the change of building form,this kind of change rule is studied.The rasearch method of this paper is:when the influence of one factor on space load is researched,other factors should be keeped the same by modifying software's parameters,thereby the aim of researching single fanctor each time can be reached. This can make sure that the research achievements are more bilievable.In this paper,it shows the different infulences of different heat transfer model on space load from the description of building heat transfer process and physical theory. The study let us have a detailed understand on calculation traits of the there kinds of energy simulation software.The research content of the paper have a great guidable meaning and reference value to us on choicing the building energy simulation software well.
