The suspension is the floorboard of the power transmission junction device between frame (or integral body) and bridge(or wheel).Its function is transmit the wheel vertical reaction (supporting force),the longitudinal reaction(driving influence and braking force) and the lateral reaction as well as the moment of force which these reactions creates on the frame to guaranteed the normal speed of the vehicle,it has the important influence to the operation stability and the smooth running of vehicles.This article first introduced the method for the research,development and assessment of the operation stability of vehicle,Summarized the content of multi-body system dynamics research, the theoretical model of the static,the kinematics and dynamics analysis which carried on by ADAMS,as well as application of automobile dynamics and preparation of digitized modeling parameter.According to the actual structure of some mini car's front suspension,the front suspension kinematics model has been established in ADAMS,and has got the curve for which the original vehicle wheel alignment parameter changes with the beats along of the wheel,the problem which exists in the structure of primitive suspension fork model has been proposed.Double Wishbone Independent Suspension is one kind of quite complex space four-bar linkage.Using ADAMS software to choose the reasonable parameter curve is an essential method in Double Wishbone Independent Suspension design.Through carries on parameterization processing to the primitive suspension fork model, uniting the theory which influence the operation stability of vehicles,this article has made the optimized improvement to the design parameter related to king pin,upper arm,bottom arm of the primitive suspension fork by using ADAMS,and made a contrast between the movement result of not been improvement and been improvement,and determinates the improvement plan.Finally,through establishes entire vehicle model(chassis,front suspension and rear suspension,steering system,tire and road surface),optimizes the process the suspension fork design parameter to utilize the entire vehicle model in the front suspension.Through the national standards about automobile operation stability test method and simulation of the actual operating mode which on the entire vehicle model road experiments,carries on the operation stable to the entire vehicle model massive simulation experiment,after thus has confirmed the optimized model rationality.
