With the rapid development of modern science and technology,the level of intelligent automation has consecutively improved in the industry production.As one of the pharmaceutical industry has one of the rapid development momentum.Current domestic production chain on the pharmaceutical,medicinal crystallization equipment,screening equipment,extraction equipment,response equipment,drying equipment,packaging equipment,filling equipment were readily available and so on, but also a wide variety.However,the quality Inspection of finished product,there is no corresponding equipment to achieve.The weight of capsule as one important technology index is the key of quality Inspection.However,the quality Inspection of capsule is finished by manual sampling currently.Manual sampling can use high precision scale to realize static weigh.But it's efficiency is so low that can't meet the quick request of modern industry.Base on such background,combining technology of embed ARM and PLC,this article describes the run mode and demand of equipment in existence by the numbers,also studies and designs the core controller of capsule on-line sorting system including hardware design,the transplantation of embedded operating system,system software design.Besides,the precision and speed of system are analysed in theory.At last,the result of test is put forward and compared with the result of theory.In hardware design respect,based real-time requirements of capsule on-line sorting system,this article brings forward one capsule dynamic weight scheme which uses ARM chip as main controller.The emphases of scheme includes the selection of weight sensor,Power regulator module design,Filtering and amplification circuit design for the analog signals and AD conversion circuit design.About the transplantation of embedded operating system,kernel configuration and system function of embedded real-time operating systemμc/os-Ⅱare introduced in this article.Besides,μc/os-Ⅱis transplanted successfully in microprocessor LPC2138. In software design respect,base on the successful transplantation ofμc/os-Ⅱ, the software is divided into drivers and applications by hierarchical structure.The drivers design of the main chip and the flow chart of applications partly are analysed in detail in this article.Signal separation technology,system grounding principles and signal shielding technology are keys of anti-interference measures in hardware.About measures in the software,software reset can reduce the sensor zero drift and non-linear error.Digital filtering can eliminate signal interference.
