With the electro-hydraulic servo road simulation test technology has been widely used in the automotive industry for evaluation of vehicle and vehicle system reliability and durability performance,it has already become a main experimental project in the automobile industry today.The laboratory Road Simulation tests could reappearance the operation conditions of the main parts even the automobile itself when they work on the road.Then we could study the automobile's response to the excitation of road surface spectrum,attain the goal that short the development period of product and reduce the cost.It's an effective way to accelerate the exploiture of new automobile style and improve the quality of product.This dissertation is supported by the "211" key discipline construction project of Automotive Engineering Institute—road simulation test-bed construction,we make the Chinese-made four-channel electro-hydraulic servo road simulation test-bed introduced by Automotive Engineering Institute of Wuhan University of Technology as the study target;use a combination method of theoretical analysis,computer simulation and physical test.Firstly in this paper,the background of the research and the application of the road simulation test-bed in the world had been introduced.Then this paper introduced the current problems of road simulation test-bed and the development trends in the future.The composition and control methods of road simulation test-bed were also summarized.Then on the base of the analysis of the statistical properties of the road surface roughness,several currently used road roughness mathematical models are analyzed and compared,put forward a simulation method which is suitable for electro-hydraulic servo test system.After analyze and compare the common used excitation signals for the parameter identification of road simulation test-bed system,we choose a suitable one and use relevant spectral theory to identify and analyze the frequency response function and errors,identify the precise model of the system frequency response function of the test system.Finally,do some research and use the single-input single-output(SISO) iteration control method to control the road simulation test system,make the road roughness can be better represented on the road simulation test-bed with acceptable precision,reaching the vibration purpose in the room.The dissertation had done some research on the process of reproduction control of road surface power spectrum on Electro-hydraulic servo simulation test-bed and set up a preliminary control method based on remote parameters control method (RPC).This research had given some experience and reference to the future related work.
