This article researches the model of mathematics and the simulated methods, which is used for generating the road's photoelectric spectrum, and researches the simulated methods of the road's photoelectric spectrum. I have been doing some exploratory researches for the generator's theory of the road's photoelectric spectrum. In this paper, advance a new "the principle of relative motion used in vehicle tracking and positioning system performance test field" point of view, using the optical signa achieve testing the system performance, which is mounted on the vehicle and used for tracking and positioning, and the article adopte the dynamic spot to reproducing the random signal of standard three-level road's spectrum in the time-domain. The thesis adopte the displacement power spectral density function of standard three-level road as the simulated data source, which is stipulated in the road of the national standard "road surface measurement data report". The thesis adopte three kinds of ways to research the road's photoelectric spectral's simulated method and design digital filtering system. Finally, establish the Software System of the generator of standard zero error three-level road spectrum. In this paper, the simulated design, are used MATLAB Signal Processing Toolbox software modules to implement. And calculate its statistical analysis compared with the standard three-level road's spectrum. And that demonstrate the feasibility and simulation performance of the system.
