According to the report of the United Nation: there are 0.8-1.1 billion people in the early nineteenth century, but when it entered the early twentieth century, the population soars to 1.5-1.7 billion, there are 6.0 billion people in the world in 1999, it rises four times in an age. The urbanism soars from 21% in the early twentieth century to 47% now. Take China for instant, in 1949, there are 132 cities, but in 2000, the number has increased to 663. The rapid development of the urbanism and the explosion of the population result in many environment problems, such as the pollution of the environment and the lack of water, and so on.City, as a space of the human beings live in, people pay more and more attention to the ecological protection. When the living space become worse, all countries begin to do something to improve the urban ecological environment.This article has been written from theory to practice, according to the analysis of good ecological parks of different countries, I want to get a conclusion of the possibility of the development of urban ecological park.For the first, according to the theory, I analysis the conception and the developmental condition of the urban ecological park of different countries in and abroad. And get a clear description of the ecological landscape design, including the origin and the development history of the urban ecological park, the conception of ecology, urban ecological park, category and effect, in order to get a firm guidance of the conception. Find out the deficiency of the urban ecological park built in China. For the second, discuss the way to the development of the urban ecological park, from the choosing place at the beginning, state the scale of the project and analysis the landscape structure and the landscape form of the urban ecological park, put a ideal landscape structure at last.For the third, take the real project—HeTao park in the city of Bayannaoer in inner Mongolia for example, to explore the urban ecological park landscape design.From theory to practice, explore the possible way of building the urban ecological park.
