In China's power system policy and environmental policy,the desulfurization (denitrogenation)compensation price policy is very important to encourage the coal-fired power plants to operate the desulfurization(denitrogenation) devices.And the reasonableness of the desulfurization(denitrogenation) compensation price is the key to the effectiveness of this policy.With the method of balanced calculation between materials and products (MBCBMP),the application costs model was obtained by means of the relationship between the weight of gaseous pollutants produced by coal combustion and the variable costs of the desulfurization(denitrogenation) devices,and the influencing factors of the costs model were revealed.Classification should be made to develop the compensation price policy.Based on data envelopment analysis(DEA),a new desulfurization(denitrogenation) compensation price scheme was proposed.
