The wind power causing serious abandoned wind when it is participated in the economic,although the country vigorously advocated the development of wind power.It is important to study the effect of demand response on economic dispatch of power system due to it can improve the rational allocation of resources.In this paper,the economic dispatch model of the electric power system contains demand response is established,which it is focuses on the demand for wind power as well as the impact on carbon emission.First of all,in this paper,the method of double uncertainty modeling is studied that the accuracy of wind power prediction is improved.The model is to save the intermittent and uncertain problems of wind power.The random fuzzy theory is used to deal with the power forecast error of wind farm.The random fuzzy simulation for prediction value and the range of fluctuation of wind power can select the appropriate confidence interval,which leading to the wind power prediction error is small.The proposed method is more accurate than the traditional point prediction method,and brings less risk to the economic dispatch of power system.Secondly,in order to improve the fluctuation of the load,the economic response of the power system not only can alleviate the fluctuation of the load,but also can improve the reserve capacity of the system,and introduce the demand response in the economic system of the power system with wind farm.Demand response in the scheduling of the general use of electricity price compensation method,but did not carry out carbon emissions compensation.Because the demand response to participate in economic scheduling can improve the scheduling system of carbon emissions,so give a certain amount of carbon emissions compensation is necessary.Therefore,in this paper,a new scheduling model is proposed,which is based on the objective function of the nonlinear cost and the carbon compensation cost.This model not only can improve the enthusiasm of users to participate in scheduling,but also can improve the user side to assume their own responsibility for carbon emissions.Finally,in order to reduce the wind rate,this paper established a model of abandoned air heating,taking the actual operation data of Zhang jia kou as an example,the feasibility of abandoning wind heating is calculated and verified.The heating system selects a specific load in the demand response,that is,a household regenerative electric boiler.This paper introduces the working principle of the regenerative electric boiler,and carries out the compensation of electricity price and the carbon emission compensation when it participates in the dispatching.The use of low-valleys of wind power for the home regenerative electric boiler charging,when the user at the time of the load to take electric boiler heating to get part of the price compensation,because the electric boiler does not produce carbon emissions to obtain some carbon emissions.The influence of carbon emissions of each unit on the economic dispatch and the influence of the carbon price on the user's participation in the scheduling are analyzed,and the discrete bacterial colony chemotaxis algorithm is used to process the model.The results show that the model not only has the advantages of economy and environmental protection,but also can effectively reduce the wind rate of wind farm.
