In this paper,many calculating methods of consumer's harmonic impedance and the harmonic emission level in power distribution network are described in detail firstly, their advantages,disadvantages and principles are analyzed.A new calculation model of consumer's harmonic impedance has been present,the consumer's harmonic impedance and current can be gained by partial least-squares regression method.The model of power system has been built by MATLAB,the simulation analysis and the analytic result of practical engineering road testing data indicates that the proposed method is valid and feasible.Based on the model of Partial least-squares regression a new measurement model has been provided which can distinguish harmonic power which comes from load or system.At last a evaluation measure of consumer's harmonic emission level is suggested based on consumer's harmonic current calculation.
