To study large-capacity coal-fired utility boilers unit standard method of calculation,on the basis of the heat balance principle,this paper constructs boiler convection heat model and calculates the actual operation of the heat coefficient and cleaning state of the ideal heat coefficient.According to the previous research,this paper establishes the cleaning coefficient which can reflect the real-time heating surface pollution,and extracts fouling fault characteristic parameters of the boiler superheater.And then,clusters the superheater state of the pollution and cleaning by the K-means clustering analysis method,at last,it verifies the results from the field data,accordingly,it's to lay a theoretical basis for forecast fault diagnosis of gray of the convection heat surface of the boiler,as well as the optimization of blowing mode of the boiler.
