High-voltage electricity transmission lines is the main artery of the electricity transmission system is connected to the power station and the user's link.Criminals to steal power lines,if able to quickly and accurately find out the cut-point 1,we can crack down on theft of electricity transmission lines cut crime,but also reduce the economic losses could be the lowest point.Traditional methods is the use of Guard members patrolling the line way to find a long time and a great human and material resources consumed,but also unable to identify the wires were cut in the point,can not be a timely warning to the authorities,so that criminals have a chance to escape.In this paper Reclosing traveling wave pulse to achieve the detection of illegal cutting,the program can be found at the first failure to steal wire cutting,and an alarm signal.Restore the electricity sector for the country great economic losses.Its research include:First,start Reclosing after of the power lines to steal failure occurred,traveling wave pulse Reclosing to reach break point Catadioptfic after,traveling wave pulse contains a wealth of fault information,the use of detection of reflection of traveling wave pulse head ball line achieve the detection point of time to achieve the positioning of steal point.Second,using wavelet transform modulus maxima analysis of the principle of singularity detection of electric transmission lines popular wave signal,to the point of failure by detecting the initial traveling wave reflection to achieve fault detection.The use of MATLAB on the transmission line steal incidents occurred in simulation studies, then carded out the simulation waveform of wavelet transform,to calculate the location of the point of stealing cut to verify the correctness of the algorithm and accuracy.Third,Produced by the use of TI digital signal processing chip TMS320LF2407 to meet the needs of fast data processing system requirements,when the transmission line failure,restart the system,measured the location of the point of failure,and sent through the GSM module alarm signal.
