With the development of the hydro-electrical enterprise in China,the scale of the hydropower station is increasing and its importance is also becoming more and more significant.In the meantime,the safety issue of the hydropower station has also been drawn more attention.As an important constituent part of the power station;the powerhouse, especially the underground powerhouse of the large-scaled station,the key problems of Ergonomics Design is dynamic Characteristic of the powerhouse.At present,people often create the model of underground powerhouse only and impose elastic constraint or artificial boundary directly on the concrete wall surface of underground powerhouse when use numerical simulation method study the dynamic characteristics of the underground powerhouse.Less consider the influence of rock which connects the concrete wall of underground powerhouse.Thus,it is reasonable to guide engineering practice use the resulting conclusions are also worth exploring.For this reason,based on Hohhot underground powerhouse.We study the influence on the dynamic characteristics of the underground powerhouse of rock which connects the concrete wall of underground powerhouse.In addition,we also study the choice of the dynamic artificial boundary.In particular,the main research contents described as the follows.1,When we use the Finite Element Method(FEM) to analyze the structure-soil dynamic interaction,in order to simulate the influence of the damp of infinite foundation,we should use the artificial boundary.This paper analyses and contrasts the stability,veracity and the difficulty in applying to calculative software of different artificial boundary under internal dynamic loading.The results indicate that the accuracy of the viscous-spring boundary slightly lower than the second-order transmitting boundary,but it can be applied to calculative software easily.2,Base on the background of Hohhot pumped storage plant,six dynamic simulated-models for the underground hydropower house were set up with various range of surrounding rocks.Then,the influence of surrounding rocks on the dynamic response of underground hydraulic power station was studied under the action of five kinds of frequency internal dynamic loadings separately.Numerical results indicate that it is reasonable to consider the influence of surrounding rocks once the dynamic features of underground hydropower house were studied under the action of internal dynamic loadings. 3,After determining a reasonable range of rock,based on Hohhot underground powerhouse.Analyze the influence on dynamic characteristic of the powerhouse with different artificial boundary,different material parameters and the internal loads with different frequency.Finally,get some useful conclusions.
