The concrete structure is in the civil engineering applies the most widespread structure. Because the material gets older,the environment corrodes,use question and so on function change,construction quality as well as natural disaster causes the massive structures facility to need to repair and the reinforcement.The textile fiber reinforced plastics(FRP)is at present constructs the structure reinforcement project domain one kind of new material,has inoxidizability which the steel products is unable to compare and processing.Looked from the present research present situation that,domestic most concentrates in the carbon fiber and in the glass fiber reinforcement concrete component research,basalt FRP(BFRP) reinforces research to be less.Compare with the carbon fiber and the glass fiber,the BFRP textile fiber has high anti-pulls with the anti-impact intensity,anti-cauterization,anti-high temperature also it can not pollute the environment and so on many merits,in the bridge,the tunnel,the house is structuralism reinforcement makes up the strong aspect to have the application prospect.Based on the flexural behavior of 11 beams strengthened with BFRP under quadratic loading,the influence on strengthening effect is analyzed with the parameters such as FRP layers,steel percentage,preload,unload.And the main contents of Present thesis are briefly summarized as following:1.Nine RC beams strengthened with externally bonded BFRP sheets have been tested. The experiment results show that ultimate load -carrying capacity of RC beams can be improved significantly,also their cracking loading proved.Reinforced beam's supporting capacity to increase along with the textile fiber cloth layer increase,but the supporting capacity enhances the degree not to assume the linear relations to the reinforcement layer. When glues the same layer BFRP,is reinforced the component steel percentage lowly,uses the effect which the BFRP silk ribbon textile fiber cloth reinforces to be more obvious;The effect of the reinforcement is reduced as the supporting capacity enhanced.With the reinforcement of the FRP,the ductibility of group A is improved,group B is reverse.2.With the reinforcement of the FRP,the cracks of the beams become narrower and denser.In different load grade,the cracks become wider as the load enhance.In different BFRP layer,the effect is better with two layers BFRP. 3.Finally,based on the test results,inferred the basalt silk ribbon textile fiber cloth to reinforce the reinforced concrete beam's right section anti-curved supporting capacity formula, the basalt silk ribbon textile fiber cloth reinforces the reinforced concrete beam' is bent the ductility simplification formula,as well as the cracks.Uses the above formula and the actual value contrast error is smaller.4.Finally,the conclusions are drawn and further research requirement at the field as present thesis are pointed out.
