With the development of national economy and the unceasing consummation of bridge design theory,the bridge construction span increases unceasingly,the structure is more complex and the modeling is artistic day by day, but the latent danger is also increasing along with it. Therefore, the work of monitoring and the assessing large bridge is especially necessary and urgent. At present, health research is also at the testing stage to monitor and assess the large bridge. Under the economical and technical permission's condition, how to reasonably assess service condition of large-scale bridge is a urgent and significance significant topic.This article takes health monitoring and assessment system of long span prestressed concrete continuous rigid-frame bridge as a research key. It takes the main bridge of Yuao light rail as the project background, referencing constructed bridge monitoring system, studying a set of economical practical software system on long span prestressed concrete continuous rigid-frame bridge .The primary content is as follows.①Referenced current domestic and foreign bridge health monitoring as well as the appraisal theory, the long span prestressed concrete continuous rigid-frame bridge indicator system and the multi-level hierarchical relational models by analytic hierarchy process under variable weights principle are established, also the comprehensive assessment method of bridge service condition is proposed, and various levels indicator weights are given too.②The assessment of crack and inherent modality eigen frequency is carried on the analysis,and the corresponding appraisal standard is obtained.③The health monitoring appraisal parameter selection principle and the test method of long span prestressed concrete continuous rigid-frame bridge are introduced, and the reasonable layout scheme of measuring points is proposed, also the bridge online appraisal is realized.④The first floor indicator weights computational method is studied, and a relative stable method to build stress and the judgment matrix of deflection measured points weights which has been separated from artificial subjective factor is found.⑤According to algorithmic program By C++ language, using VisualC++.NET as the development platform of server end, taking .net FrameWork2.0 as the customer end frame, also using SQLServer2005 database, the long span prestressed concrete continuous rigid-frame bridge comprehensive assessment system software initially is developed, which provids the reference and the basis for developing assessment software of the same type bridge.
