| In the construction stage of bridge engineering,the construction is difficult,the structural system is unstable,the structural load is complex and changeable,and the construction risk is large.Once an accident occurs,it will cause great casualties and economic losses.So based on the construction of the Shiqian River Bridge as the research object,based on the theory of risk management system,to the Shiqian River Bridge construction stage of all kinds of risk factors for identification,estimation,evaluation and control,ensure that risk measures timely and effective application in the field management,to ensure the safety of the Shiqian River Bridge construction,the main work and conclusions are as follows:1.This paper introduces the construction characteristics and risk management characteristics of continuous rigid frame bridge,elaborate the definition and method of risk identification,risk estimation,risk assessment and risk control,and construct the risk management framework of bridge construction stage.2.By using the expert survey method,through the analysis of the construction technology characteristics of the four sub-projects of the Shiqian River Bridge,including pile foundation,bearing platform,bridge pier and main girder,the risk factors of each construction process were identified,and the risk factors of the Shiqian River Bridge during construction were summarized on this basis.3.The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is adopted to evaluate the risk factors of each sub-project,prioritize the risk factors,and determine the main risk factors of the Shiqian River Bridge.By using the expert investigation method,the construction risk level of Shiqian River Bridge is determined,and then the risk level of each construction risk factor is determined4.Put forward risk countermeasures for the Shiqian River Bridge from the three aspects of human,technology and nature,and put forward targeted countermeasures according to the main risk factors of the Shiqian River Bridge.5.Analyzed the stress of bridge structure,which biggest cantilever in the normal condition and all cradle falling.Get the internal force of pier and beam consolidation,stress of biggest cantilever tip and proposed corresponding risk treatment to risk sources of cradle falling.This article through to the Shiqian River Bridge construction process of risk identification,identify risk factors,risk estimate and the size of the possibility of accident consequence loss rate,according to determine the risk level of combined with the characteristics of construction projects to determine the effective against risk measures,effectively avoid or reduce risk events,has a certain practical reference value. |
