This paper is researched by the Jiangyin steel bridge deck pavement, Profound study and learn from the outstanding achievements of both inside and outside the steel bridge deck pavement . develop a set of suitable our country conditions the structure of the steel bridge deck pavement.As the mastic asphalt concrete has an excellent waterproof performance anti-aging properties,low-temperature resistance,Anti-fatigue properties,and have a good suite for the steel panels, both has wide range of applications.In this paper, we use the ways of laboratory test and theoretical analysis , focusing on asphalt concrete pavement structure which fits for the special environment of Jiangyin Yangtze river bridge.In this paper, using the ANSYS analysis software analysismechanical analysis of mastic asphalt concrete layer of the Jiangyin Yangtze River Bridge , analysis showed that the overload can accelerate the damage of bridge deck pavement. Following the China's current aggregate, elect excellent aggregate and and best asphalt binder which are suitable for Jiangyin Yangtze River Bridge.the second following Germany and Japan the test method,and experimental results of (DSR, BBR)which is developed by the United States . determine the best oil content to the best design; It also analyzes some influencing factors of mastic asphalt concrete performance . Finally, through the flow test, Low-temperature bending test, Fatigue test,the result is modified mastic asphalt concrete road has an excellent performance.
