| This paper for the key problems of the continuous rigid frame in construction,monitoring and operating,to Gao Chaomen Bridge that is the conversion work of S103 line from Cha Yuan in Nan An district to Li Du in Fu Lin district for engineering background,sduty on construction of closure segment,long-term deflection,cracks in the bottom plate and so on,introduce technology of construction monitoring.Details are as follows:(1) Through lots of reading,this paper introduce the continuous rigid frame generated and status introduce characteristics of the continuous rigid frame.From the development of prestress technology and materials,this paper expounded development trends of the continuous rigid frame.(2) This paper analysises the key construction technology of closure segment construction.From the way of closure and weight setting,it analysises influence of closure segment technology on force and deformation of the continuous rigid frame which is demonstrated by the example of Gao Chaomen Bridge.(3)Through a great lot facts,this paper brings forward the most serious problem is long-term deflection.From deflection of formula,this paper analysises the basic reason of long-term deflection.As Gao Chaomen Bridge example,this paper analysises the way of reducing deflection by setting prestress and increasing stiffness.(4)For the problem of cracks in the bottom plate,this paper brings forward external linear tendons in the mid span instead of internal curve tendons in the bottom plate,as As Gao Chaomen Bridge example,proves it feasibility.(5)This paper introduce the content and method of construction monitoring technology and put this method into onstruction monitoring of Gao Chaomen Bridge.At last,this paper analysises the results of onstruction monitoring. |
