Due to high bearing capacity,sleek and convenient construction and many other advantages,the rigid continuous frame bridge has been widely used in China.The cantilever construction must go through a complicated process,the process may be affected by many factors lead to the deviation of the actual state and the expected state,in order to the actual state meet the design requirement,we must carry out the construction monitoring of the bridge.On basis of the analysis through the finite element software of the whole process of the bridge construction,we adjust the deviation,eventually we can achieve the ideal actual state.Regard the construction of the newly-built railway of the Hohhot to ZhunGeEr of the highroad yellow river main bridge(97.75+5×165+97.75)m as background,paper study and practice on cantilever casting construction monitoring,the main contents are as follows:(1)The finite element model of the bridge was established by Midas/Civil software to analyze the bridge construction,then according to the results of the analysis figure out the construction segment of the formwork placing elevation and the theoretical stress.(2)Carry on the construction monitoring on site for the highroad yellow river main bridge.(3)Using the Midas/Fea to establish the structure computation model of the temporary consolidation devices and the start element analyze the distribution of the stress under the most unfavorable capsized conditions.(4)Analyse the conditon that The theoretical value is not consistent with the measured value of the longitudinal displacement in the closure section under the closure jacking force.According to the result of the highroad yellow river main bridge,the monitoring method of multi-span long and large rigid continuous frame bridge is feasible.
