| With the rapidly developing of our country's economy,the demand of diesel fuel is increasing.But the fuel resource is limited.Because diesel fuel's incomplete combustion can pollute environment,it is getting more and more attention of people.Microemulsion diesel fuel as a alternative fuel,it can not only reduce fuel consumption,but also can reduce exhaust gas release.In this paper,part of physics and chemistry index of microemulsion diesel fuel is measured and analyzed.In normal temperature,applying microemulsion diesel fuel to diesel engine and its mechanism of combustion are analyzed and studied.The cut fraction,flash point,movement viscosity,piont of aniline and the value of sixteen alkane of microemulsion diesel fuel and diesel fuel was measured by experiment.The influence factor,stability of microemulsion diesel fuel,and physics and chemistry index of microemulsion diesel fuel and diesel fuel was analyzed by contrast experiment.The experiment of microemulsion diesel fuel and diesel fuel was completed on the 485QB diesel engine.economical efficiency,power efficiency and tail gas exhaust was analyzed by lots of experimental data and diagram.At the same time,the factor of power efficiency and tail gas exhaust was researched.The oil wear and rate of saving oil of microemulsion diesel fuel and diesel fuel was measured to analyze economical efficiency of microemulsion diesel fuel in road travelling experiment.Choosing three groups microemulsion diesel fuel,use them to experiment many times. The result shows that comparing microemulsion diesel fuel to diesel fuel,soot reduces obviously. Exhaust temperature and maximum combustion pressure also reduces.Microemulsion diesel fuel's economical efficiency,dynamic factor and Exhaust emission are studied by theory and experiment analyzing.Expatiate the function of the water in microemulsion diesel fuel.How microemulsion diesel fuel can save fuel is analyzed.Microemulsion diesel fuel's application technic developing trend is ensured.
