| Our country is rich in bamboo resources. The kinds of bamboo and area of bamboo forest are about one-forth and production is about one-third of the world. It occupies the head of every country. Bamboo has good mechanics performance, the intensity of tension of bamboo is 2 times of that of wood, and intensity of pressure is 1.5 times. Therefore, bamboo is with good qualification as engineering structure material. What's more, the light steel structure is widely used gradually in industry buildings and multilayer house buildings because of the superiority of its low cost, fast construction and beautiful figure. Light steel and bamboo have their own unique advantages and performances, if the superiority of these two materials is combined, expansive development foreground will appear. But they still can not be applied in domain of civil engineering. The main reason is that there is no simple and accurate design method to be accepted by engineering.A new kind of wall composed of light profiled steel sheet and ply bamboo is introduced in this paper, that is, between the two ply bamboo and then lets profiled steel sheet, ply bamboo interface with the high-strength steel adhesive bonding, which constitutes kind of wall composed, and experiment study on seismic behavior and theory analysis about this new wall are made systemically.Firstly, five pieces of walls composed of light profiled steel sheet and ply bamboo in reduced scale have been made to research their seismic behavior by quasi-static test to observe at the strain change. Based on the experiment research, bearing capacity, ductility, stagnant performance, consuming energy performance and failure characters are analyzed, and seismic mechanism is revealed. The experimental results show that composite manner adopted in this paper is reasonable, composite effect is nice, the walls is of great bearing capacity, and they can be used as the walls of buildings. Moreover, the experimental result shows that there is very little effect on bearing capacity of wall and stiffness if the ply bamboo thickness changes, but there is significant impact on the bearing capacity, displacement ductility factor and energy dissipation coefficient E if the profiled steel sheet thickness and wave height change.According to the experiment research, resilience model of walls composed of light profiled steel sheet and ply bamboo is proposed, and the simple mechanics model and calculation formula of bearing capacity are developed. The calculation results match the experimental results well.Based on the simulation analysis of composite walls under working loads by FEM analysis software ANSYS, the stress and strain distribution under static loads and the distortion performance are discussed, and Comparation is done between the test result and analytic result. The research indicates that the analytic result of ANSYS program and the result of theory calculation matched test result well, and the feasibility of formula of theoretic calculation is proved. At the same time, it is illuminated that element type, gridding partition and coupling manner used in ANSYS model can be used in calculation and analysis of steel bamboo composite structures. |
