With the continuous development of our country's national economy and the diversification of architectural forms,the structure form that is economic and rational,has good characteristic and uses green materials increasingly becomes the focus of attention.The research and analysis result of damaged buildings after 5·12 Wenchuan earthquake shows that concrete frame structures buildings,concrete column and prestressed concrete roof truss bent collapses partly.But color polymer coated sheets and light profiled steel sheet roof is well. Because they are light and the effect of earthquake are reduced.So earthquake fortifying areas requests the high standard to the weight of component.The multiplex cementitious steel-bamboo composite slabs raised by the paper can meet those requirements.The new kind of bamboo-based composite slabs have the advantage of light weight,reducing cost,decreasing construction waste and so on.It is new kind of environment-friendly slab that is in line with the trend of the times and valuable to spread.On the basic of researching composite slabs that are combined with steel and bamboo only by adhesive,the text researches multiplex cementitious steel- bamboo composite slabs that are combined by adhesive and screw.Ten pieces of slabs composed of profiled steel sheet and bamboo plywood have been made to observe the strain change,mid-span and flexural ultimate carrying capability of composite slabs in order to research the mechanical properties of them.With changing parameters of thickness of the bamboo plywood and profiled steel sheet,screw and bamboo plywood sealing side,crack growth,crack form and mechanism are discussed,and composite effect is inspected.The features of load vs.deflection,load vs.strain and the parameters of effecting bearing resistance are systematic analyzed.The experimental results show that composite manner adopted in this paper is reasonable,composite effect is nice,the slabs is of great bearing capacity,and they can be used as the slabs of buildings. According to the experiment research,the applicability of deformation formula is proved,the calculation formula of load-carrying capacity to composite slabs is corrected.Based on the simulation analysis of composite slabs under bending loads by FEM analysis software ANSYS,the stress and strain distribution under uniform load and the distortion performance are discussed,the comparison is done between the test result and analytic result. The research indicates that the analytic result of ANSYS program and the result of theory calculation matched test result well,and the feasibility of formula of theoretic calculation is proved.At the same time,it is illuminated that element type,gridding partition used in ANSYS model can be used in calculation and analysis of steel-bamboo composite structures similar.
