Concrete pump plays an important role in the modernization,S valve is one of the core components in concrete pump.According to the principle of Rheology,the characteristics of concrete pumping and flowing characteristics of concrete in the pipeline,making the simulation of AMESim-software for a whole concrete pumping the hydraulic system,it is the main analysis of S valve movement.In practical work, when S valve Convert its Location,the hydraulic system has the hydraulic shock at the same time,there are much noise and vibration,which is detrimental to the system,through the analysis of the simulation results,getting to useful conclusions to observe the process of changing the state of S valve.concrete pump has two forms of work,one form is small flow in high-pressure and another form is large flow in low-pressure,the traditional way is the method of converting connect the pipeline,there is a few inadequate design in the practical application,in this paper designing a combination body of valve,through the rotation of a spool of the combination valve body,it is very easy between high pressure and low pressure of concrete pump to complete the conversion process,concrete pumping system has been applied in the actual.
