Concrete pump truck is one of higher technology,maintenance is difficult,and is one of expensive concrete conveying equipment in engineering machinery.Because of its flexibility,high efficiency,high automation degree and good motor performance that widely used in roads,Bridges,buildings and other construction process.The pumping hydraulic system of concrete pump truck is complex,large flow,and the reversing frequency is higher,So the requirements of the hydraulic system's performance of concrete pump truck is extremely high,To improve pump truck's performance depends mainly on improving its hydraulic system,which needs a lot of experimental data,the process is expensive,cycle is long,A lot of data to be more difficult to obtain,Through the establishment of virtual simulation model of hydraulic system,and the analysis of the hydraulic system and the corresponding data acquisition is of great significance.This article mainly studied and introduced in the following aspects:1,This paper elaborates concrete pump development situation at home and abroad,and describes the research directions and problems in development of concrete pump truck,in particular aspects of the problem is the hydraulic system of the concrete pump truck.While this paper analyzes and discusses the working principle of concrete pump hydraulic system and the individual components in detailed,describes the purpose and significance of research.2,This paper elaborate the composition,the functions and features of the AMESim software,discusses the process of using AMESim software and specific steps and the way to determine parameters.3,This paper analyzes components and working principle the concrete of pump hydraulic system's main pump variable pumping system,Using AMESim software constructs main pump variable system's simulation model.This paper uses HCD library to solve the structure of its pilot servo valve and force feedback,and determines the selected parameters,gives all major operating data and dynamic curves of pump hydraulic system's main pump variable pumping system.4,This paper analyzes the formation principle of concrete pump truck pumping hydraulic load system,combine with the actual work process of the system propose and design the principle of the load system.AMESim software is used to construct simulation model of the pumping system and its loading system,and determines the selected parameters,gives all major operating data and dynamic curves of pumping system and its loading system.5,This paper analyze composition and working principle of SN Systems and stroke compensation system,Using AMESim software constructs SN Systems and stroke compensation system's simulation model,and determines the selected parameters,gives all major operating data and dynamic curves of SN Systems and stroke compensation system.6,By comparing the test curve and the simulation curve that under the test conditions,to some extent,it verify the reliability of the model built by AMESim,and also can provide theoretical and technical support for the improvement and development of the hydraulic system pump.Through the study,the digital simulation method is effective way to analysis dynamic characteristics of pumping hydraulic system,the simulation model established by AMESim and experimental tests is complement,Solve the problem of high test cost,long cycle even and difficult to achieve,and it provide a portable and effective way to get a lot of data.
