At present,in domestic water reducing agent application,although aliphatic hydroxy sulphonate condensate superplasticizer is welcomed for its good performance, such as its raw material originates broad,the cheap price and so on.But up to now,the study is still insufficient system about the synthesis craft,synthesizing of process and reaction mechanism of this water reducing agent.In order to explain the phenomenon, this paper analyzed the process and reaction mechanism and studied the molecular construction of this water reducing agent,and considered that it is reasonable of using the technology program of increasing formaldehyde three times for synthesizing.Firstly, heats up to 40℃and hydrolyzes 30 minutes after joins in reaction bulb with Na2SO3, Na2S2O5 and water,then adjusts pH to 14 with the alkali after joins 1/3 formaldehyde and hydrolyzes 1 hour;Secondly,drops in the composition intermixture of acetone and 1/3 formaldehyde(mixes in beaker at 40℃and stirs 10 minutes with magnetic force); Thirdly,drops in the other formaldehyde slowly in 2 hours and elevates the temperature to 95℃,stops heating and cools 30 minutes naturally after 2 hours,stops the agitation and adds a material(N) after the temperature droping to 50℃.It is the liquid product that the solid quantity is 30%after cooling.This paper discovered the significance factor of influencing water reducing agent performance through uniform-formaldehyde resins and discovered the best technic index and the response condition of composition through the single factor experiment and the craft tune-up test and so on.The mole ratio of the formaldehyde and the acetone are 2.2,the mole ratio of the sulfonating agent and the acetone are 0.3,the mole ratio of the initiator and the acetone are the 0.04,the pH value are 14,the design density is 32%(including solid quantity approximately is 27%), the recruitment of N for raw material total quantity is 0.32%.Based on the standard of "Concretes Admixture"(GB8076-1997),we researched the performance of aliphatic hydroxy sulphonate condensate superplasticizer,simultaneously,based on the standard of "Concretes Pump over Medicinal preparation"(JC473-2001),we researched the performance of pumping agent which was manufactured by aliphatic hydroxy sulphonate condensate superplasticizer,we found that this plasticizer is a superplasticizer and the pumping agent which was manufactured by it is qualified otherwith it make the concrete color,etc.
