Aliphatic superplasticizer was first used as an oil well cement additives, in recentyears, as concrete superplasticizer is widely used. At present, in China, mostmainstream superplasticizer is Naphthalene superplasticizer, Meanwhile, Sulphamatesuperplasticizer, Polycarboxylate superplasticizer, Aliphatic superplasticizer andModified Lignin superplasticizer etc coexist development.Among them, Naphthalenesuperplasticizer has a shortage of raw materials, low water reduction and othershortcomings, In the production process will cause adverse effects on the environmentand human health.Sulphamate superplasticizer are bleeding, are very sensitive tothe dosage, more dosage is ersily lead to bleeding and othershortcomings.Polycarboxylate superplasticizer has high cost, high demands onthematerials hindered its wide application.Compared with other water reducingagent,Aliphatic water reducing effect is prominent,good compatibility with cement,highratio of performance to price, price is better than naphthalene and otherproducts,Making it a very broad prospects for development superplasticizer.This paper studies the Building Material Co., Ltd. Chongqing X aliphaticsuperplasticizer.First, determine the optimal synthesis route, optimize the use ofsingle-factor method. Research shows that: when n (Sulfonated Agent): n (Acetone): n(Formaldehyde) is0.7:1:2.0, the reaction temperature90℃,The holding time is2h,Aliphatic high range water products about40%solid content, fluidity of cement pasteup to273mm. Secondly, the use of building materials company X aliphaticsuperplasticizer mixed with other water reducer, in order to get a high-performancecomposite water reducer.Finally, there are compatibility issues for cement andadmixtures, detection of aliphatic superplasticizer and cement compatibility and afterthe cement mixed with mineral admixtures, cement and Aliphatic superplasticizercompatibility impact.Through research provide a technical reference for the applicationof water reducer production and business.
