In recent years, the use of steel 'reinforced concrete' structures has become an important factor in the development of our country. Recently, a new steel 'composite' called 'Steel Reinforced Concrete and Steel Composite Structures' has emerged along with the added advantage of having a light 'self weight', a high rigidity, taking a short time to prepare and relatively simple when used in the construction process. This new 'steel composite' has been universally accepted and approved by a large number of scholars, manufacturers and their clients, as well as by the Design Research Institute.A performance-based Anti-Quake Architectural Structure Design is an important development in seismic engineering and holds promise for the future, in particular in the field of modern architecture. Pushover is an effective tool for implementation of performance-based Anti-Quake Architectural Structure Design. Its primary advantage is that of being more practical and of having more value to people in engineering design. It has instantly become the principal method to perform elasto-plastic deformation analysis of a structure and it has been listed in the Country Code for Seismic Design of Buildings.Firstly, this article is a brief introduction about the development of steel reinforced concrete structures and the status of research in the rest of the world. Secondly, we establish a model-building element for 'steel reinforced concrete and steel composite structures'. Thirdly, we perform a modal analysis and elastic time-history analysis for the numerical model with two layer steel reinforced concrete below and eight layer steel composite structures above. We then are able to obtain a power curve of floor displacement and base shear-top displacement for these structures. Lastly, we conduct seismic performance evaluation for the model structure by improving the capacity spectrum method.
