Steel reinforced recycled concrete structure is a structure form of highenvironmental and economic benefits which is composited by steel and concrete mixedrecycled coarse aggregate. And the new structure form has a good seismic performance.Recycled concrete hollow brick is manufactured by recycled coarse aggregate, cementand water. Recycled concrete hollow brick could make a lot use of waste concrete, sothat a big environmental protection benefit can be obtained.In the paper a new environmental protection structure form is proposed,steelreinforced recycled concrete frame and recycled concrete hollow brick are rigidlyconnected. It hopes that the new structure form which is composited by recycledconcrete and steel could develop its good seismic performance and environmentalbenefit, in order to create a new structure system suitable for the current social needs.This paper combine with the achievements which contain steel reinforced recycledconcrete column and joint were made by our research group in the early stage andworldwide research data about recycled concrete structure, and the structure compositedby steel reinforced concrete column-reinforced concrete beam-recycled concrete hollowbrick was specially designed and studied. It is mainly considering that the amount of theuse of waste concrete and construction convenience. Seven1:2.5scaled plane modelwhich is single story-single span were constructed in the lab. And the reversed cyclicloading test was made.The strain of steel and rebar at the end of beam and column and the lateraldisplacement of frame were collected. The cracking process, fielding order, energy-dissipating capacity and failure mode were systematically studied. Foreign anddomestic existing seismic performance evaluation methods were referenced, theperformance level was mainly reached on the basis of test data and phenomenon of thenew type structure system. And combined with the Chinese current specification,different components in the hybrid structure is given for different performance levels asrequired in the specific performance goals. For the convenience of design and analysis,the indicator that is relative story displacement was used as the macro performancefactor to define the seismic performance level of the new structure. General wall-fiberbeam and fiber column numerical model was carried on the numerical simulation, andthe model was a reasonable model after compared with the test results. According to theexisting standard, a plane8story frame adopted steel reinforced recycled concrete wasdesigned, and the pushover analysis was made. And the same model with infilled wallalso made a pushover analysis. The seismic performance evaluation of the two modelwas made.And the differences between the two models were analyzed.
