Dwelling Of New Rural In Hunan Province

It was necessary for the building of society new rural to promote the development of modernization.The rural human settlement played an important role in the process of building a well-off society in an all round ways.Under those good conditions,how to make people live healthily, leisurely,and sustainably was the total target of rural human settlement, and also was the necessity demand to build socialism harmonious society.Although of rural dwelling has beening fully developed in Hunan, the appearance of same line house with the low level of buildings, blankness and stiffness of appearances,un-function,un-diversification and individuation were found in many villages.Accordingly,the level of building without multifunction did not keep up with the increasing farmers'life level day by day.Based on the status and future trend of rural dwelling,the art styles of tradition dwellings like Xiangxi Diaojiao building and Zhang Gu-ying village in Hunan province were investigated and analyzed.Modern methods such as new fashion,new function,new technology and new material were appeared in shape and style of architecture which combined with tradition building culture and modern spirit.According to the geography,climate,environment,and history,of Hunan basic condition of building and status of rural dwelling in Hunan village were analyzed.The excellent building technology and famous traditional building were inherited.There were five building principles for the development of rural dwelling in modern time,such as ecology, people oriented,local conditions,system,and art creation.Based on the life style and local custom,the house and village were designed for the farmers who needed indeed.Ecology designing was one of directions of modern architecture in the future.Hunan is hot summer and cold winner area.There are rich available resources with the advantage of saving energy in villages,It was necessary for us to choose ecology building in Hunan village.Therefore, culture characteristic,planning,layout,material,energy source,and environment protection were taken into account in the process of ecology design.
