For the impact between wheel and rail in rail transit system,vibration and noise are caused.Shock wave can propagate within track,tunnel,soil layer and ground buildings. The corresponding vibration is produced,which can lead to adverse effect on surrounding environment.In order to decrease the vibration and noise in urban rail transit,more and more attention is paid to the development of equipment for vibration and noise reduction.At present,several kinds of track vibration attenuation equipment are used in urban rail transit.Track vibration damper is simple and practical.It is mainly applied in vibration attenuation of track system.The effect of vibration and noise reduction is remarkable,and it has many other advantages such as low cost,simple construction, convenient maintenance and replacement.However,this product in our country is not perfect for its low durability and high dynamic to static ration.In this paper,based on the research status of domestic track vibration damper, study is carried out on rubber materials compounding,manufacturing technology and other properties,thus the rubber material and technical property indexes can be determined.Structure design,prediction analysis,finite element analysis and verification analysis are carried out on track vibration damper.Research is done on the relationship between the rubber property and damper performance.The rubber property contains the thickness,inclination,modulus and damping.The damper performance contains the dynamic and static stiffness and dynamic to static ratio.The relationship is primarily obtained so the basis can be provided for structural optimization design of track vibration damper and parameter selection.In design of track vibration damper, "bi-stiffhess" is used,thus the optimum dynamic "damping stiffness" can be satisfied. Moreover,the supporting stiffness of track geometry variation within safe range can be guaranteed,and that is reasonable "safe stiffness".The damper sample is trial produced successfully.The requirement of technical indexes can be met.The high damping property and cooperative technique are two key technologies of breakthrough.Dynamic and static stiffness ration is less than 1.25.After three million times fatigue tests,the variation of static and dynamic stiffness is less than 10%.Through the drop-weight test and comparison with the existing Type-I track vibration damper,the vibration is decreased by4-6dB.The stereotype and technology maturity of product are realized.Mass production is finished and the track vibration damper has been applied in Beijing Metro Line 5.
