Floating slab track structure is a new type of rail vibration reduction technology,the vibration isolator as its core components are exposed to the air for a long time,and the performance of the vibration isolation system is obvious,need to replacement regular.However,due to the traditional rubber isolator and steel spring vibration isolator are located below the floating plate,maintenance and replacement is difficult.In order to solve this problem,a new type of rubber isolator is designed and developed.On the basis of ensuring the vibration isolation effect and safe use,the structure of the vibration isolator and the replacement process are optimized.The main research contents are as follows:In order to solve the problem that the vibration damping element of the floating slab track structure is difficult to be replaced,a kind of easily replaceable rubber isolator is designed.This paper introduces the structure,material properties,assembling technology and the replacement of the rubber isolator.The performance of vibration isolator for testing of the new rubber,according to GB/T 15168-2013 “Test method for static and dynamic performance of vibration and shock isolator”,the dynamic performance of MTS 810 materials testing machine of rubber pad,rubber isolator are static stiffness,dynamic stiffness and fatigue test of rubber pad.The test results show that the static and dynamic stiffness meets the design requirements,the dynamic and static ratio is less than 1.4,and the rubber pad has no crack after the 3 million fatigue test,the residual deformation is about mm,the change rate is only 1.0645%.It is shown that the vibration attenuation performance of rubber pad and rubber isolator meets the requirements.In order to analyze the mechanical behavior of the isolator under the load of new rubber,using ANSYS Workbench finite element simulation,obtained the vertical displacement and stress distribution,laid the foundation for improvement for rubber isolator.According to the “city rail transit spring floating slab track technology standard”,establish the damping model of floating slab,the study found that thefloating slab to meet the weight static settlement is less than 3 mm,the rubber isolator stiffness and damping can be obtained by appropriate reference value.The results of this study can provide theoretical and technical support for the design,optimization and application of the new type of rubber vibration isolator.
