Based on the investigation of a large number of real projects, in this paper, soil-foundation-superstructure interaction problems are researched through three-dimensional numerical analysis. in order to apply this theory and achievement to the design and construction of high-rise buildings made up by numbers of buildings (including the podium and ancillary facilities). The details of the content and main conclusions are as followings:(1) Te numerical calculation parameter of the elastic modulus of soil are. studied. From the existing project data, an experience relation between soil elastic modulus and compression modulus is established.(2) The numerical method of pile-soil interaction is foumd and the mechanical properties of pile element in Flac3Dare analyzed. Deep analysis of simulation methods of axial loaded piles are made in order to draw a reasonable way of selecting parameters.(3) The single high-rise building structure-soil-foundation interaction is analyzed by numerical simulation. According to different foundation forms, the calculation includes foundation and soil's deformation and force in the process of construction. Finally, a conclusion are made of the foundation settlement distribution, the compression of soil and transmission rule of additional stress, the distribution of load carried by piles and raft foundation and soil stress distribution characteristics.(4) The interaction of high-rise buildings system structure-soil-foundation (more than three buildings) is analyzed by numerical simulation. The simulation contains the process of three high-rise buildings from excavation to construction in a certain order in the same place. The characteristics of pile raft foundation deformation and force, and the interactions between new buildings and existing buildings are discussed. These studies are reasonable and have an important economic value for the high-rise buildings project design under the conditions of the interaction of soil-foundation superstructure system, but also provide an important theory basis for works of the evaluation of high-rise buildings quality.
