Owing to the massive use of subway and light rail,the importance of maintenance and management become increasingly prominent.In the conservation of urban rail,the bridge supports and other diseases became great threats to the safety and comfort of passengers.The adequate solution to this technical question which is the affects of replacement bearing of bridge to the track structure,can guide the replacement of a bridge bearing maintenance.And it also provides a theoretical guide for the CWR conservation after the replacement of the bridge.This paper researched the effects of replacing the beating of urban railway viaduct on the track structure on the basis of summarizes the methods of bridge maintenance.And the research unifies the the partial bridge replacement support actual projects of Beijing 13lines.The main contents and results of this paper are listed as follows:Based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS establish a bridge of three-dimensional mechanical model of CWR;Based on an actual project,calculate different conditions of three forms of bridge and research the reasonable removal scope of fastener;Research on the allowed lock temperature rail track construction of partial maintenance of range.By analyzing the result obtain the best way to replace the support of a bridge and the range of removal of the bearing and permission of rail temperature of construction.It supports some recommendations for the replacement of city construction maintenance.
